The Kearney Companies is a Site & Utilities Contractor based in Riverview, FL. We are seeking an experienced Curb Machine Operator / Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise concrete operations on roadway, commercial, and municipal projects.

You will operate the Power Curber, manage crews, and coordinate grading, finishing, and curing to meet project specs. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of concrete paving experience, foreman leadership, and proven ability to read plans and ensure safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concrete paving experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Experience operating Power Curber equipment required.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and grade stakes.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on roadway, commercial, and municipal projects.
• Operate and oversee Power Curber and slipform pavers.
• Coordinate concrete placement, grade control, and finishing activities.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and grade stakes.
• Ensure proper concrete placement, finishing, and curing procedures.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials on site.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
