Position Overview:

We seek an operator responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Curb Machine and other construction equipment, including skid steers, backhoes, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and more.

Work Location:

Project locations vary across Southeast WI and west to Madison, WI. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Class A CDL desired but not required prior to hire
• High School diploma or GED
• Punctuality and dependability
• Experience operating construction equipment; operating a Curb Machine is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
• Ability to work in variable weather and dusty environments
• Willing to perform labor when not operating equipment
• Union membership or willingness to join; assistance available from HR
• Successful passing of the Union aptitude test when required
