1. Operating field harvest equipment efficiently and safely, following instructions from the crew leader.
2. Communicating effectively with the crew leader regarding equipment functions and safety.
3. Maintaining cleanliness of machines.
4. Performing other duties as assigned by the crew leader.
5. Understanding and communicating in English.
6. Working 12-16 hours per day.
7. Previous experience driving field equipment is desirable but training will be provided.
