Job summary

The Neiders Company, a Seattle-based owner-operator with 85 properties, seeks a Groundskeeper for an extended-stay property to maintain exterior grounds, landscaping, and guest-facing spaces. You will help keep walkways, lawns, and entry areas clean and safe, reflecting our standards of curb appeal and hospitality.

You will work with the General Manager and Maintenance team to address property needs and provide a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• Experience on hotel/extended-stay or multifamily properties preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
• Perform routine groundskeeping duties: sweeping, raking, trimming, and cleanup.
• Remove litter and hazards from walkways, parking areas, and landscaping.
• Inspect property grounds and report safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Safely operate and store groundskeeping tools and equipment.
