Job summary

FCI Residential Corporation is seeking a dedicated maintenance/grounds person to uphold the exterior and curb appeal of our multi-family community in Florida. You will be responsible for daily cleaning of building exteriors, breezeways, hallways, and common areas, with attention to safety and professional presentation.

Responsibilities include restocking restrooms, removing debris, maintaining walkways, assisting with preventive maintenance, and ensuring the property adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• English required; bilingual a plus.
• Willingness to perform janitorial tasks beyond grounds keeping.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of building exteriors, breezeways and hallways including entry doors, stairs, railings and common areas.
• Remove debris throughout the community including amenities, walkways, model, show apartments and Leasing Office daily.
• Clean amenity restrooms and restock supplies.
• Maintain trash chutes and compactor areas; ensure mornings cleanup.
• Assist maintenance team with periodic preventive maintenance programs.
• Keep workshop neat, orderly and safe; report hazards to Supervisor.
• Inform Maintenance Supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and knowledge of community policies and procedures.
