Christie’s, Inc. is seeking a Research Coordinator (Temporary) for the Old Master Group to support provenance research, catalogue production, and literature checks throughout the sales cycle. The role combines project coordination with rigorous fact finding in a dynamic art-market environment.

You will assist with catalogue essays, publication materials, installation photography, and client inquiries, collaborating across teams while maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support Heads of Sale with catalogue production, provenance and exhibition history research.
• Conduct literature checks and select comparable images for publication; research copyright information.
• Draft catalogue essays for publication.
• Assist with proposal preparation and respond to client inquiries (phone and email).
• Help install galleries for auction previews, including mounting lot cards and taking installation images.
• Handle general department tasks as assigned by line manager.
