Responsibilities

• Maintains proper housing for works on paper and monitors climate in storage areas.
• Assists with art handling for collections care, exhibitions, and rotations.
• Maintains records and data in TMS collection management database.
• Processes new acquisitions with curators, registrars, and preparators.
• Facilitates communication with Blanton staff and collaborators.
• Assists with art historical research and may edit interpretive materials.
• Supervises undergraduate/graduate interns as needed.
• Performs admin tasks including travel and purchasing paperwork.
