The role blends operational coordination with strategic product development, ensuring programs are accurately created, priced, and executed to the highest standards while exceeding guest expectations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in luxury cruise shore excursions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and cruise industry systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop luxury Destination Experiences and overland programs across assigned regions.
• Research destinations and build partner networks to craft immersive itineraries.
• Price and manage tour programs in line with brand standards and budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Reservations, Legal, and onboard teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and update offerings to maintain quality.
