Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury travel, cruise, or destination management desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage luxury shore excursion programs and overland itineraries.
• Build relationships with tour operators, DMCs, and partners; coordinate with internal teams.
• Create tour content, pricing, and operational notes; ensure brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve offerings.
