Job summary

Onset is seeking an experienced Curam Technical Developer/Programmer to support the NC FAST project for the NC DHHS. The role is onsite, serving as the development lead and onsite contact for technical issues and collaboration with senior consultants.

Responsibilities include requirements, design, code development, testing, JAD sessions, and lifecycle management using Curam and related tools such as Oracle, XML, and WebSphere.

Qualifications

• Curam V6 Certified Developer.
• 3+ years of social enterprise management experience.
• 3+ years as a Curam Developer with full lifecycle experience.
• 3+ years developing with Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules.
• 3+ years translating technical concepts to technical and non-IT users.
• Experience creating technical documentation using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation activities for NC FAST using Curam.
• Onsite point of contact for development questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development.
• Lead requirements development and JAD sessions.
• Perform application and code development using Curam and related tech.
• Develop functional and detailed technical designs.
• Support testing activities and lifecycle management.
• Model business/workflow processes and support reengineering.
• Utilize Curam components, IEG2, CERT, and related tools.
• Work with Oracle databases, XML technologies, Subversion, and WebSphere.
• Translate complex concepts for tech and non-IT users and document accordingly.
