Job summary

TRIDENT is seeking a Security Officer to provide professional security and customer service at assigned Cupertino locations. You will patrol, observe, and report incidents, ensuring safety and a calm, visible presence to deter threats.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a Tuesday-Saturday 5:00AM-2:00PM schedule. A high school diploma, California Driver’s License, and a valid BSIS Guard Card are required; must be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• BSIS Guard Card required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• This role requires maintaining professionalism and customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to ensure customer and employee safety in retail environments.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter incidents and maintain visibility.
• Observe, report, and respond to unusual or unsafe conditions.
• Investigate and document security-related incidents and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to requests for assistance from supervisors or clients.
• Assist with crowd control and coordinate with public safety officials when necessary.
• Verify proper identification for employees on client property.
• Conduct exterior patrols to ensure doors, gates, and windows are secure.
• Complete accurate, detailed written reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by TRIDENT management.
