Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living is seeking a Director of Culture Transformation & Professional Development to champion core qualities across senior living communities. You will partner with the CEO/COO, guide workforce engagement, and oversee clinical training initiatives to embed values and improve resident care outcomes.

The role focuses on embedding the Core Qualities, aligning leadership behavior, and shaping sustainable practices that enhance staff pride and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Education, Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational development or culture transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading organization-wide culture or change initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and translating concepts into action.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from executives to frontline staff.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary champion of the organization’s culture transformation initiative with the Core Qualities.
• Develop strategies to ensure organization-wide understanding, buy-in, and adoption of the Core Qualities.
• Create comprehensive communication, training, and reinforcement plans for all levels.
• Monitor cultural change progress and recommend adjustments to strengthen alignment and engagement.
