Job summary

Triad Partners, LLC is seeking a Talent and Culture Specialist to design thoughtful experiences for Triad Members and Team Triad. You will own external gifting, recognition programs, and calendar planning, while learning HR support tasks under the mentorship of the Director of Talent and Culture.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, creative, and eager to grow in HR, with 1–3 years in engagement or events and proficiency in Outlook/Teams, Canva, Asana, Salesforce, and JotForm.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in team member engagement, gifting, client or member experience, or event planning, preferably in financial services.
• Experience tracking expenses; working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Canva, Asana, Salesforce, and JotForm preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own external member gifting and recognition, including birthdays and special occasions.
• Coordinate culture calendar and team celebrations throughout the year.
• Support HR-related tasks under mentorship, including scheduling, onboarding materials, and document management.
