Nova-Tech Engineering, headquartered in Willmar, MN, seeks a Culture Generalist to lead culture and wellbeing initiatives across the organization. You’ll coordinate programs, engage teams, and reinforce the company’s values and culture on a daily basis.

In this role you will partner with leaders and Agile teams, manage events, gather feedback, and help shape future improvements while ensuring a positive, inclusive campus experience for every team member.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in culture, team member engagement, HR coordination, events, communications, or related roles.
• Experience supporting or executing programs, initiatives, or events in an organizational setting.
• Strong understanding of team member experience, engagement, and culture-building practices.
• Ability to work independently while following strategic direction and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication in English.
• Ability to influence, encourage participation, and drive engagement without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver culture and wellbeing initiatives across Nova-Tech.
• Plan and execute culture-related events and communications.
• Serve as a trusted resource to guide teams and reinforce culture expectations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and leadership to promote cultural consistency.
• Gather feedback to measure engagement and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance the campus experience through culture-focused activities and initiatives.
• Ensure timely stakeholder engagement and resource management for initiatives.
• Monitor engagement and report risks and opportunities to partners.
