Nova-Tech Engineering is seeking a Culture Generalist to own culture and wellbeing initiatives across the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar, MN. You will coordinate programs, engage teams, and partner with leadership to reinforce our values and drive a positive campus experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in culture/engagement roles, strong English communication, and the ability to translate priorities into tangible experiences that boost participation and align with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business/Communications/Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in culture, engagement, HR coordination, events, communications or related roles.
• Experience supporting programs/events in an organizational setting.
• Strong understanding of team member experience and culture-building practices.
• Ability to work independently while following strategic direction and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute, coordinate, and deliver culture and wellbeing initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for culture programming and campus events.
• Gather feedback and data to inform strategy with the Culture Partner.
• Ensure daily cultural behaviors align with approved frameworks and expectations.
• Engage teams and leaders to promote cultural consistency and participation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement across the organization.
