Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Hopewell is seeking an Engagement Specialist to serve as a mission ambassador and help grow a positive workplace culture. You will support onboarding, mentor new staff, and promote engagement across teams in a resident-centered setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is the minimum education requirement.
• CNA certification is recommended but not required; must be in good standing if certified.
• Demonstrated commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Model and promote the organization's mission, vision, values, and culture in daily interactions.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation efforts with HR and Nursing leadership.
• Mentor new employees during their transition into the organization.
• Provide a safe channel for feedback, ideas, concerns, and suggestions.
• Support recognition programs and initiatives that celebrate staff contributions.
• Lead efforts to improve morale, engagement, and workplace culture.
• Coach preceptors to deliver engaging onboarding experiences.
