Job summary

Good Wood Nashville is looking for an experienced Office/Operations Manager to support growth and maintain a positive work environment. You will lead daily huddle calls, oversee human resources, coordinate finance, and manage vendor relationships across the showroom, woodshop, and lumber store.

You’ll help with onboarding, organize files, assist marketing with newsletters, track projects, and refine office processes to improve cost efficiency, working closely with the Founder & CEO.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily huddle calls.
• Sets tone for company culture and atmosphere.
• Assists with management of employees and coordinates performance reviews.
• Communicates with sales to coordinate delivery details of lumber sales and with our sister company.
• Develops onboarding packages and provides training materials.
• Greets customers upon showroom arrival and handles inquiries.
