• Strong cultural fluency and curiosity about creators, platforms and spaces.
• Genuine engagement with culture-forward communities and credible relationships.
• Ability to turn observations into initial ideas and credible recommendations.
• Ability to judge credibility, relevance, and invitational value of creators/partners.
• Understanding of how ideas move across social platforms and spaces.
• Clear, collaborative communication across teams to translate ideas into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and connections projects independently, with clear recommendations.
• Identify creators, communities, partners, platforms and experiences to empower ideas.
• Develop creator and partnership recommendations based on relevance and credibility.
• Stay engaged with emerging communities and cultural movements to guide work.
• Design for participation and momentum beyond launch for ongoing relevance.
• Collaborate across strategy, creative, media, social and production to execute ideas.
