Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking an Associate to join its Cultural Intelligence group in California, focusing on research and insights. You’ll surface emerging conversations, creators, communities and behaviors, and contribute early ideas for agency teams to develop and implement.

The role reports to the Director and works with the Manager to strengthen findings, connecting developments across entertainment, art, design, sports, technology and digital spaces to the audiences we reach.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in cultural research, insights, editorial, journalism, social listening, media, community work or related field.
• Able to summarize findings clearly and evaluate sources.
• Able to connect multiple sources to identify patterns and provide initial interpretations.
• Comfortable sharing rough ideas and developing thinking with others.
• Fluent in online culture and communities; can investigate beyond main posts or headlines.
• Clear, thoughtful writer who can manage research requests and trackers.

Responsabilidades

• Keep a close read on culture by monitoring emerging conversations across social platforms, entertainment, art, design, sports, tech and the wider web.
• Research and validate cultural signals using desk research, social listening, audience information and primary sources.
• Connect findings into early insights and explain what they reveal about interests, motivations and behaviors.
• Contribute rough ideas and references to make them tangible for agency teams.
• Support creator and community discovery with research on relevant creators and communities.
• Maintain shared intelligence resources with calendars, trackers and archives.
• Help prepare outputs, research summaries and reports and track audience responses after launch.
