Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking an Associate to join its Cultural Intelligence group, focusing on research and insights to surface cultural signals and opportunities for Toyota. The role emphasizes desk research, social listening, and providing early thinking for agency teams.

Reporting to the Director of Cultural Intelligence and working with the Manager, you will gather references, connect developments across culture, and contribute to reports and recommendations that guide creative work.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in cultural research, insights, editorial, journalism, social listening, or related field.
• Ability to evaluate sources, investigate questions and summarize findings clearly.
• Emerging ability to connect the dots across different sources and explain the evidence behind observations.
• Strong ideation: connect discoveries with possible brand ideas and tests.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor emerging conversations and cultural signals across platforms for Toyota relevance.
• Investigate where conversations started, who shapes them, and audiences they matter to.
• Synthesize findings into early insights with clear summaries for the Manager.
• Provide references and rough ideas to support creative starting points for agency teams.
• Research creators, communities, and spaces and assess their relevance for ideas and opportunities.
• Maintain organized, searchable signals and reports for ongoing insights.
