Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Client Focused Senior Analyst in the POP Practice to help clients tackle transformation, culture change, and leadership issues. You will work with case teams and leaders, structuring problems and delivering solutions.

This role involves travel for staffing, building intellectual assets, and contributing to proposals, workshops, and onboarding junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in change management, culture transformation, or program management required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Expertise in leadership, communications and engagement, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral science.

Responsibilities

• Support client-focused projects within the POP Practice focusing on culture change and transformation management.
• Collaborate with case teams and topic/sector leaders to structure and solve complex client issues.
• Travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments as needed.
