Job summary

Noble Schools, a Chicago-based network of public charter schools, seeks a Culture Specialist to promote positive campus culture across its 17 campuses. You will work with the AP/Dean of Culture to implement systems, monitor behavior, and engage students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community expectations per student handbook and culture vision in all school areas.
• Ensure safety and security by collaborating with stakeholders to address behavior.
• Create and maintain systems for school-wide culture initiatives.
• Communicate with students, families and staff and document interventions and communications.
• Review behavioral data with the Dean of Culture and staff to drive positive academic and behavioral outcomes.
