Walsh University seeks a dynamic Coordinator of Culture and Belonging within the Student Experience division. Reporting to the Director of Culture and Belonging, this role leads international student services, global learning, and intercultural education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to intercultural understanding in line with Catholic values.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Technology literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer international student support and intercultural engagement functions.
• Plan and execute programs promoting intercultural understanding and appreciation.
• Advise student organizations (e.g., Black Student Union, World Student).
• Coordinate immigration advising and DSOs for international students.
• Maintain records and assist in data collection for program assessment.
• Collaborate with departments to support international students academically.
