Job summary

Walsh University is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the Coordinator of Culture and Belonging within the Student Experience division. Reporting directly to the Director of Culture and Belonging, this position plays a crucial role in supporting and implementing initiatives related to international student services, global learning and intercultural education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer international student support and intercultural engagement functions.
• Plan and execute programs promoting intercultural understanding.
• Collaborate with student organizations and campus partners on cultural initiatives.
• Advise Black Student Union and World Student organization.
• Coordinate orientation, immigration advising, and academic support for international students.
• Organize cultural exchange opportunities for international and domestic students.
• Serve as mentor to build a sense of belonging.
• Promote welcoming campus environment aligned with Catholic values.
