Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools in Los Angeles seeks a Scholar Culture Liaison to support a safe, inclusive campus by building relationships with scholars and applying restorative practices.

You will supervise transitions, enforce behavior expectations, implement universal Tier I interventions, and collaborate with the Dean and Leadership Team on daily routines and incident documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human development, psychology, social work, or education is acceptable in place of experience.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with scholars to foster trust and cooperation.
• Supervise scholar activity areas during transitions and meals.
• Enforce school policies and support behavior expectations.
• Follow incident reporting protocols and escalate to admins as appropriate.
• Implement Tier I interventions to prevent minor behaviors.
• Coordinate restorative meetings and parent communications.
• Assist in documenting incidents and supporting discipline processes.
• Join leaders on home visits for scholar support.
