Job summary

Belvedere Trading is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People Team in Chicago. You will shape the employee experience through events, programs, and engagement activities that foster connection and culture.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple events, from concept to execution, in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and MS 365 proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Employee Experience, Event Management, Hospitality, Office Operations, HR, or related field.
• Proven success planning and executing large-scale events and complex programs with multiple priorities.
• Experience managing program and event budgets, evaluating vendors, and building external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible culture ambassador and build relationships across the firm.
• Enhance the in-office experience through celebrations, appreciation moments, and engagement activities.
• Gather employee feedback to improve workplace experiences and engagement.
• Manage Employee Experience programs and ensure welcoming, high-energy environments.
• Plan and execute company events across all locations, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Oversee end-to-end event delivery: budget, vendors, invitations, agenda, attendees, logistics.
