Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field; active or eligible IL licensure preferred.
• Experience in community mental health, private practice, or similar clinical settings serving marginalized populations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills; maintain ethical/legal standards.
• Comfort with hybrid Chicago work, in-person and telehealth; open to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including individual, couples, and family psychotherapy.
• Work in a hybrid model in Chicago, IL with some work-from-home flexibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues for case consultation and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Coordinate care with external providers and support group programming or workshops.
• Support practice-wide initiatives promoting wellness in marginalized communities.
