Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct, 1:1 clinical experience.
• Experience with individuals, couples, and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a caseload of 22 to 25 clinical contact unit hours per week.
• Provide psychotherapy services in virtual and in-person settings.
• Maintain clear, consistent documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Adhere to the practice policies and procedures.
• Report to the Clinical Director.
