Job summary

Lebanon School District in Lebanon, PA, seeks an English Language Development (ELD) Teacher to support multilingual learners in achieving language proficiency and academic success. The role emphasizes engaging, inclusive instruction and the use of technology to meet diverse student needs.

The position requires PA teaching certification with ESL endorsement and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). You will collaborate with teachers and families to provide targeted supports and language

Qualifications

PA teacher certification with ESL endorsement
Bachelor's degree in a field of study; master's preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and instructional technology skills
Ability to support English Learners, families, and staff across settings

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized language instruction for English Learners across all language domains
Design engaging lessons using evidence-based instructional strategies
Collaborate with classroom teachers to provide effective supports and accommodations
Provide professional development and coaching to strengthen district-wide multilingual support
Partner with families using translations and culturally responsive communication
