We're seeking a dedicated and culturally responsive English Language Development (ELD) Teacher to support multilingual learners in achieving language proficiency and academic success at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll provide specialized instruction and support that helps English Learners develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening while fostering confidence, inclusion, and meaningful engagement in the school community.

• Utilizing a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to meet diverse student needs

Required Qualifications

• Appropriate Pennsylvania teacher certification with ESL endorsement
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and instructional technology skills
• Ability to effectively support English Learners, families, and staff across multiple educational settings
