This non-exempt, hourly position emphasizes outreach, documentation in EHR, supervision, and collaboration to remove barriers to treatment for youth and adults within the Pueblo community.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience as a Certified Peer Support Worker or equivalent culturally-based services.
• Must have knowledge of customs and values of the San Felipe community and language.
• Willing to participate in on-going training for CPSW certification.

• Provides direct CCSS Peer Support Services to clients with an assigned caseload.
• Provides direct service to clients through the CCSS framework.
• Documents services through electronic health records and supervision.
• Coordinates with clinical staff to assess client needs and barriers to treatment.

• Engages in community outreach to enhance engagement in services.
