HDR seeks a Cultural Resource Specialist II to join our employee-owned team in Minnesota. You will work on archaeological and historic projects, applying rigorous field and research methods while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality assessments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Archaeology/Anthropology/Architectural History with at least 5 years of cultural resource experience, strong communication, GIS familiarity, MS Office skills, and readiness for

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, Architectural History or closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultural resource projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with field study design, regulatory framework for cultural resource management, and GIS utilities.
• Willingness to work under varied weather conditions.
• Familiar with project compliance activities including consultation, QA and reviews.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Aufgaben

• Perform complex assignments, evaluation and modification of standard science techniques for archaeological and historic projects.
• Make decisions on survey data compilation, assessment, analysis within historic contexts and report writing.
• Function as Technical Specialist, Field Supervisor or Project Manager on mid-size projects as needed.
• Supervise a group of professionals and technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
