Job summary

The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to perform clerical tasks as needed. Candidates should be 21+, with a high school diploma or GED; two years in customer service is preferred, and bartending experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Two years of increasingly responsible related experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not required
• A minimum of six months bartending experience is preferred but not required
• TIPS certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling duties including payment reconciliation and check authorization
• Take orders and serve patrons, including alcoholic beverages
• Operate computer terminal using point of sales system
• Perform counter work and receive forms; operate standard office/concession equipment
• Assist in maintenance of supplies and inventories
• Maintain the concession and storage area appearance
• Perform general opening and closing procedures
• Pass pre-employment background check
