Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an IPM Technician for our Palatka, Florida facility. You will apply preventive IPM treatments, scout for pests, and maintain accurate logs to ensure product quality and compliance.

The role requires a valid applicator license, 21+ years of age, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training provided includes forklift and equipment operation. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires valid applicator sprayer license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to undergo Level 2 background screening after hire in accordance with Florida law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong time-management, self-starter attitude, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and scout daily for pests and disease.
• Maintain pesticide and IPM logs.
• Mix and apply IPM products; follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Clean IPM equipment and stations and keep logs up to date.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
