Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in Tooele, UT to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You will learn and perform duties across plant care, environmental monitoring, and post-harvest processing in a team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on a tight schedule. Monday–Friday shifts with a strong emphasis on safety and quality in cannabis cultivation.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for plants and cannabis cultivation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Reliable with good documentation and scheduling.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily plant care and support the full life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Monitor humidity, temperature and environmental conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests and quality; remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest, weighing products, and inventory tracking.
• Operate and maintain cultivation systems and keep areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist with packaging and preparation during peak demand, including premium items.
• Follow state regulations and security procedures for labeling and inventory.
