Job summary

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours; meet regulatory requirements.
• Experience with METRC is a big bonus.

Responsibilities

• Daily plant care: watering/feeding, transplanting, pruning/defoliation, trellising.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; follow sanitation and PPE requirements.
• Support harvest/trim: harvesting, bucking, sorting, hanging/drying support.
• Perform room checks and report issues (pests, mold, nutrient stress).
• Complete required logs and documentation accurately (paper/digital).
• Follow all SOPs and compliance procedures (batch integrity, chain of custody).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Cultivation manager.

The Cultivation Technician supports daily cultivation and harvest operations in a regulated facility. Cultivation Technicians have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and can follow SOPs exactly. Tech-savvy is a plus (data entry, tablets, tracking systems). This role requires prolonged periods of standing and may sometimes require longer hours, essential on trim/harvesting days.

Essential Functions

• Daily plant care: watering/feeding, transplanting, pruning/defoliation, trellising
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; follow sanitation and PPE requirements
• Support harvest/trim: harvesting, bucking, sorting, hanging/drying support, trimming assistance
• Perform room checks and report issues (pests, mold, nutrient stress, equipment problems)
• Complete required logs and documentation accurately (paper and/or digital)
• Follow all SOPs and compliance procedures (batch integrity, chain of custody, waste handling)
• Perform other duties as assigned by Cultivation manager.
