Job summary

Midwest Management LLC is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily cultivation and harvest operations in a regulated facility. You will follow SOPs, maintain logs, and assist with planting, trimming, and room checks.

The role requires high attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to stand long hours. Experience with METRC is a big plus; previous cultivation or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily plant care: watering/feeding, transplanting, pruning/defoliation, trellising.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; follow sanitation and PPE requirements.
• Support harvest/trim: harvesting, bucking, sorting, hanging/drying support, trimming assistance.
• Perform room checks and report issues (pests, mold, nutrient stress, equipment problems).
• Complete required logs and documentation accurately (paper and/or digital).
• Follow all SOPs and compliance procedures (batch integrity, chain of custody, waste handling).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Cultivation manager.

Cultivation Technicians have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and can follow SOPs exactly. Tech-savvy is a plus (data entry, tablets, tracking systems). This role requires prolonged periods of standing and may sometimes require longer hours, essential on trim/harvesting days.
