Prismhr Hire seeks a detail-oriented production and cultivation support professional to join our hands-on team in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with daily cultivation activities, monitor plant health and environmental conditions, and ensure quality and compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include following procedures, maintaining records, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals while staying safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Report issues, observations, or process concerns promptly to appropriate team members.
