Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or formal education in Horticulture preferred.
• Prior nursery, landscaping, and/or agricultural experience is a plus.
• Experience in the medical cannabis industry or other healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Any technical certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pruning, training, transplanting, moving plants, watering, applications, potting, harvesting, sanitation of equipment, and post-harvest processing.
• Collaborate with coworkers in group tasks and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Execute cultivation techniques consistently.
• Comply with worker protection standards (WPS).
• Input documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs, GACP and GMP guidelines.
