FLUENT Cannabis Care in Zolfo Springs, FL is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support the grow team in propagation through harvest, ensuring high-quality plants and regulatory compliance. You will perform cloning, transplanting, pruning, feeding, trellising, flushing, labeling, and sanitation while maintaining a disease- and pest-free environment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, weekend availability, and reliable transportation.

The Cultivation Technician I plays a vital role within the grow team, ensuring consistent production of high-quality plants that meet company standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Under the supervision of the Cultivation Management team, the Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care and maintenance from propagation through flowering and harvest.

Key Responsibilities

Perform crop work and canopy maintenance as directed by the supervisor.

Execute plant care activities including cloning, transplanting, pruning, feeding, trellising, flushing, labeling, and sanitation.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to speak, hear, and stand for extended periods.

Frequent walking, reaching, handling tools, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Strict attendance and reliability are essential.

Position Type / Expected Hours

May require long hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Travel

Minimal; primarily local during the business day.

Additional Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age (per state law).
