Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee cultivation staff, processes, and documentation in a fast-paced facility. You will ensure proper nutrient application, plant health, and compliance with state standards while coordinating with the Garden Manager.

Ideal candidates bring experience in large-scale production, strong time-management, and solid communication skills to drive efficiency and quality in every growth cycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced cultivation environment.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail in a regulated production setting.
• Proven leadership experience training and mentoring staff as needed.
• Experience with computer literacy and data management in a production facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation tasks and processes with proper documentation per Cresco Labs standards.
• Manage nutrient preparation and application according to policy.
• Ensure plant health through pruning, trimming, and health assessments.
• Maintain rotation of strains to ensure variety and supply.
• Coordinate with Garden Manager to communicate accurate information to staff.
