Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cultivation operations, ensuring consistent execution across all stages of plant growth, from propagation through harvest.
• Lead, train, and develop cultivation teams while maintaining high standards for productivity, quality, and accountability.
• Monitor and optimize greenhouse environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, VPD, irrigation, fertigation, and lighting.
• Utilize greenhouse automation and environmental control systems to maintain optimal growing conditions.
• Execute cultivation strategies designed to maximize yields, improve plant health, and maintain consistent product quality.
• Monitor key cultivation metrics, identify performance trends, and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cultivation leadership to develop and refine SOPs, production schedules, and cultivation best practices.
• Troubleshoot plant health issues, environmental challenges, and production bottlenecks.
• Support integrated pest management (IPM), sanitation, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure cultivation activities comply with applicable state regulations and internal quality standards.
