Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of commercial cultivation operations from propagation through harvest with focus on quality, consistency, and yield.
• Build and mentor a high-performing cultivation team and foster accountability.
• Oversee greenhouse environmental management including temperature, humidity, VPD, irrigation, fertigation, and climate control systems.
• Leverage greenhouse technology and automation to optimize growing conditions and maximize production efficiency.
• Develop cultivation strategies to improve plant health, increase yields, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Establish and track KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of commercial cultivation operations, from propagation through harvest, with a focus on quality, consistency, and yield.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing cultivation team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee greenhouse environmental management, including temperature, humidity, VPD, irrigation, fertigation, and climate control systems.
• Leverage advanced greenhouse technology and automation to optimize growing conditions and maximize production efficiency.
• Develop and execute cultivation strategies that improve plant health, increase yields, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
• Establish and track key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions and measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to streamline processes, implement best practices, and support broader business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cultivation workflows, introduce new technologies, and scale operational capabilities.
• Play a key role in long-term cultivation strategy and future growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in large-scale commercial greenhouse cultivation or controlled environment agriculture (CEA).
• Hands-on commercial greenhouse experience is required.
• Strong understanding of greenhouse climate management, environmental controls, irrigation, fertigation, and crop steering.
• Experience with automated greenhouse management platforms such as Priva, Argus, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, optimize production, and improve cultivation performance.
• Strong knowledge of plant physiology, integrated pest management, and commercial crop production.
• A data-driven approach to cultivation with a track record of improving yields, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Cannabis cultivation experience is highly preferred, but candidates from other commercial greenhouse industries are encouraged to apply.
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
