Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Cultivation Supervisor to oversee planning and production of all cultivation stages at the facility. You will drive product quality and yields while maintaining a safe, efficient workplace and leading a growing team reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires at least three years managing a large indoor cultivation team, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and HVAC controls.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing a large indoor cultivation team.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check and state licenses.
• Passionate about the cannabis industry and thrive in a high growth environment.
• Familiarity with automated irrigation skids and HVAC controls.
• Strong attention to detail and communications skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and build partnerships.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cultivation operations and lead the cultivation team.
• Monitor environmental conditions (HVAC, lights, CO2) to ensure quality and yields.
• Manage attendance, timecards, task management, and onboarding for staff.
• Communicate daily tasks to the manager and cultivation team.
• Enforce integrated pest management procedures with staff.
• Order and track consumables; manage inventory.
• Maintain logs and update ERP system and KPI reporting.
• Report issues to Operations Manager promptly.
