Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician II to join our growing team. The role focuses on plant health, nutrition, disease control, pest management, and substrate monitoring to produce safe medical cannabis for patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of horticulture experience preferred, and strong MS Office skills. Expect to work on-site with weekend shifts as needed, and be part of a collaborative, safety‑mocussed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 1 year horticulture experience as alternative.
• 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic office equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe cultivation areas and follow state regulations.
• Monitor plants daily for pests, diseases, and nutrient issues; report findings to management.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibrations; communicate issues promptly.
• Execute pest management and feeding schedules as directed by Supervisors.
