Qualifications

• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with documentation and inventory skills.
• Solid math and measurement skills; able to operate a scale.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Care for plants daily: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health and pests; remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh products, record inventory.
• Support curing: hang and dry, label and weigh products.
• Operate lighting, irrigation, climate-control systems and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist during high-demand periods to package products.
• Follow state regulations and security procedures for labeling and inventory.
