Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in Taneytown, MD, to grow premium cannabis from clone to harvest. You'll be cross-trained across the production cycle, working in a team-focused environment that values accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• You bring sharp attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
• You are reliable and detail-oriented with strong documentation and inventory skills.
• You have solid math and measurement skills and can operate a scale confidently.
• You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Care for plants daily: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove those not meeting standards.
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory.
• Support curing: hanging and dry-racking, labeling, weighing, and inventory data entry.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; keep areas clean.
• Contribute during high-demand periods to package products, including extraction items.
• Follow state regulations and security procedures by labeling plants and entering inventory.
