Position is full-time at Hiram G. Andrews Center with 8:00 AM–4:00 PM hours, no telework option, and a salary range of $73,853 to $116,380 annually.

Qualifications

• Three years of practical work experience in subject area taught.
• PA residency requirement.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Criminal history clearances: PA State Police, PA Child Abuse history, FBI fingerprints.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Instruction: Teach culinary arts and provide classroom/competency-based instruction.
• Hands-On Training: Lead students in food preparation and related cafe activities to reinforce practical skills.
• Student Advising: Prepare schedules, review progress, and guide training needs.
• Lab Supervision: Oversee kitchens, labs, dining areas, and practicum spaces for safe learning.
• Program Support: Adapt equipment and contribute to program development.
• Record Keeping: Maintain grades, attendance, progress reports, and required documentation.
