Job summary

Taste Buds Kitchen - HQ is seeking a dynamic culinary educator to serve as the brand's national culinary authority and training engine. This role blends hands-on scratch cooking, classroom hosting, and instructional content creation from our Chester, MD Test Kitchen.

Over 3–6 months you will modernize our national training ecosystem by filming recipe walkthroughs, building e-learning modules, and launching an interactive curriculum while leading onboarding cohorts at our HQ.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of scratch cooking and culinary instruction experience.
• ServSafe certification current or able to obtain.
• Comfort with digital LMS platforms and video demonstrations.
• Strong public speaking and live training delivery skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead national culinary training cohorts and onboarding.
• Develop and standardize recipes and class flows for all franchises.
• Produce instructional recipe videos and e-learning content.
• Manage cloud recipe cards, SOPs, and training materials in Operandio.
• Oversee Test Kitchen operations and inventory management.
