Established award-winning restaurant group in Charleston, SC is interviewing for a range of culinary team positions, including line cooks, at its flagship restaurant - FIG. Compensation starts at $20+ (BOE).
As a member of the culinary team at FIG, you will be educated and trained on all the stations dedicated to service as well as kitchen production. For example: poissonnier, expo, garde manger, butchery, pasta making, and pastry. Hourly wage increases as you progress through the kitchen.
